Weekend in Sendai

We spent the weekend in Sendai shopping. The girls love trips to the city…, but it gives me a bit of anxiety. There’s so much going on. I love traveling, and to I have the opportunity to explore Japan, but I have found that I do not enjoy the cities; I just want to be out in nature. I can’t wait for camping and hiking this summer. Between lack of sleep, dealing with language barriers, and sensory overload, I was a bit of a grouch. But day 2 was good, IKEA and Costco were comforting to visit a familiar place. I want to go back but will probably avoid downtown next time.
